HAPPY NEW YEAR AND HAPPY 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY KYLESTYLE!!!

Can you believe that this website was born on January 2nd 2003? Five years and still going. I have got some new stuff and a new look and feel for this site. Stay tuned for that. Camp Kyle is now only a distant memory due to the fact that it is no longer a US military post. I belongs to the ROK Army now. Camp Kyle will always be the Alkatraz for all the troops that were there. Not even IRAQ is as bad as it was there. We were constantly getting sick, we had terrible leadership, alcohol was our guide through most of it, and if stupidity could kill - we would have been slaughtered.

As for me, here's your update... Degrees... very very close.. I am focusing on Linux now. I created a blog and have been maintaining it. http://www.binarybb.info

I FINALLY FIXED THE COUNTER!!!

I am almost done with my degrees ( I am close to 3 different AS degrees within the next 12 month, before I go onto studying for my BS in Networking.) and had time to take a few classes in Web programming. You will see many new wizzy gig stuff show up on this website because I have decided to keep up the Admin on this site after all. Besides.. HOUGH AND TAM SUCKED AT and did NOTHING with it. So this one goes out to you .. Mr. Smartpants.... you know who you are... try to run this counter up. MWA HA HA HA!!!!

CADENCE IDIOTS!!!!!

The shoe is going to fit for alot of people on this one. When we are in formation, and we are WALKING (that would be at a quick time) the "One, Two, Three, Fire it up now" cadence is for RUNNING ONLY. You flippin morons.

STEADILY GROWING

We are getting bigger and better. The new 1SG is ruling and this place is starting to straighten up. NCO's are starting to be more asshole-ish out of fear... LOL. And people are steadily coming to the Kylestyle website to see what the hype is all about.

OH, if you still have a problem with this website I have news for you.. we are doing nothing illegal or against military code. Does the 1st amendment of the constitution ring a bell for you? Yeah, that's right. Take it. How can you infringe the rights of the very people that fight for those rights to exist? I believe CNN would agree.. or do we need to take it that far?

Yeah, he is rough and tough and he means business. People are scared of him. But don't you think that is exactly what we need? Look at us, we are undisciplined whiney brats that think that the world owes us something. If anything is owed we owe the people in IRAQ right now. The new 1SG is just the ticket of driving the GHETTO out of Camp Kyle. Now don't take that the wrong way... just understand that we are the bastard children of Korea and now that we have a leader, we have someone to stick up for us when the "Shiny people" want to throw random stupidity at us.

CREED OF THE SPECIALIST

No one gets away with more than I. I am a non-Non-Commissioned officer, a beast of burden. As a junior enlisted soldier I realize that I am a member of an under appreciated, much chastised group of soldiers known as the ribcage, or perhaps pancreas, of the Army.

I am proud of myself and my fellow specialists, and will continue to bitch, whine, and sham until the absolute last second regardless of mission at hand. I will use my grade and position to avoid responsibility, accountability, and any sense of presence of mind.

Ignorance is my watchword. My two best excuses will always be on the tip of my tongue “I didn’t know” and “It wasn’t me”. I will strive to remain invisible and unavailable for details. Never ever volunteer for anything is my rallying cry. I am aware of my role as a SPC and if you need me for anything I’ll be on appointment.

I know the other soldiers, and I will always refer to them by their first name or in some cases a derogatory nickname. On weekends, or days off, I will consistently drink myself into oblivion, and I will never answer my phone. I understand that for a person in my hierarchal position, rewards are going to be few and far between, and punishment will always be swift and severe.

Officers of my unit will have maximum time to accomplish their duties because I will accomplish them for them. I will kiss up to their face and badmouth them behind their back, just like every else. I will be loyal to those whom I serve, provided there’s something in it for me. I am the last bastion of common sense that stands as a wall between me, and the Army philosophy of “Work harder, not smarter”. My voice is a tool and my complaints are a weapon that I wield with unmatched skill and finesse. I will not forget, nor will I allow my comrades to forget, Specialist is the greatest rank in the Army. And rank has its privileges.

THE RE-OPENING OF THE KYLESTYLE WEBSITE.

Well, welcome back. This is a much nicer looking website and a little better I think. If you would like to post in the "Rumormill" feel free. Try to keep the swearing down to a minimum. But if you feel that swearing is the out you must take to express yourself, have at it. Keep in mind that anything you say can be used against you.
